Prenatal yoga is a great way to address common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy, calm the mind, and begin to connect with baby. During this 10-week prenatal yoga series, you will be led through thoughtfully designed yoga sequences suitable for all levels of experience. Classes will include gentle movement, guided meditation, and community building with other mothers. Led by licensed therapist, Jennifer Bartlett and licensed doula, La-Shonda Spencer, students can also expect to gain insight into mind-body connection, maternal mental health, and education around birth and postpartum period.
