Yoga is an intentional practice for fusion of body and mind, in direct opposition to the speed and distraction of today’s world. This one hour, gentle flow class will help students create a quiet space and tend to their inner world through slow, mindful movement and meditation. Students can expect a mixture of challenging and restorative elements, as well as poses that are accessible for varying levels of experience. Additionally, sequences will thoughtfully blend breath, physical movement, and contemplative practices in an effort to increase internal awareness and promote mental health.
