Living Well
This weekly women’s’ group will be focused on supporting you in living a life full of intention and purpose. We will cover a variety of topics chosen by your specific group (ex. relationships, boundaries, family of origin, identity etc.) and will be a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and reflect, all within a supportive community of women. This group can serve as a complement or replacement for individual therapy. This is group is for you if:
You crave authentic connection
You have a desire for personal growth
You want a sounding board for your life
You need a space to decompress
Investment: $35 per group session, or $200 for 6-week package.

Living in Alignment
Join Jennifer Bartlett for a thoughtfully designed workshop to uncover your personal values and discover how they can lead you to a more meaningful life.
This is for you if:
you feel like you’re just “going through the motions”

Join us for an energizing afternoon to uplift and unwind in preparation for the week ahead. Experience this dynamic pilates/yoga fusion class designed to sculpt your body and calm your mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized. This specially curated event will be paired with healthy mocktails and a wellness chat with Jennifer Bartlett (therapist/yoga teacher) and Virginia Brady (therapist/health coach).

The Art + Science of Motherhood: A Matrescence Workshop with BHMBORN, WOVN Wellness, PM Method and Dylan Ferniany
Matrescence - becoming a mother - is a profound journey that is often overlooked. This workshop aims to illuminate this transformative period, guiding mothers through the mental and physical changes that accompany the transition to motherhood.

Prenatal Yoga Series
Prenatal yoga is a great way to address common physical symptoms associated with pregnancy, calm the mind, and begin to connect with baby. During this 10-week prenatal yoga series, you will be led through thoughtfully designed yoga sequences suitable for all levels of experience. Classes will include gentle movement, guided meditation, and community building with other mothers. Led by licensed therapist, Jennifer Bartlett and licensed doula, La-Shonda Spencer, students can also expect to gain insight into mind-body connection, maternal mental health, and education around birth and postpartum period.

Community Flow + Restore
Yoga is an intentional practice for fusion of body and mind, in direct opposition to the speed and distraction of today’s world. This one hour, gentle flow class will help students create a quiet space and tend to their inner world through slow, mindful movement and meditation. Students can expect a mixture of challenging and restorative elements, as well as poses that are accessible for varying levels of experience. Additionally, sequences will thoughtfully blend breath, physical movement, and contemplative practices in an effort to increase internal awareness and promote mental health. Pay what you are able - suggested donation $5

Navigating Change VIN/YIN Yoga Class in collaboration with BANQUETING HOUSE
Late summer is a special season of grounding and nurturing as we prepare to move from the vibrant, energy-packed summer toward a slower, calmer autumn. This can be a powerful time of transformation, using the last of summer’s bountiful energy and preparing to sink into the routine that accompanies fall.
Whether you are beginning a new routine, starting the school year, or are generally in need of more centering, join us for this specially designed flow that will support you in this transitional space. Intentionally planned sequencing and contemplative practices will help you find grounding and calm your mind and body.

Vin/Yin class w/PRACTICE Yoga
Join us for PRACTICE: YOGA, 75 minutes of Vinyasa (flow) and yin (slow, restorative) yoga taught by Jaimie Roxas and Jennifer Bartlett.

Community Candlelight Yin
Yin yoga is a gentle, slow-paced style of yoga in which poses are held for longer periods of time in order to work deeply into the connective tissues and increase flexibility. The focus of this practice will be to promote relaxation and bring balance to our active yang practice or busy lives through deep stretching and gentle relaxing of the mind. This special workshop will help you unwind through soft yin poses in the warm glow of candlelight.
